For the past four years, I have been gotten my carpet cleaned by ZEROREZ? I have always been please and impressed by how great the carpets look, smell and feel after they’ve been cleaned. On Tuesday, 19 June 2018, Ricardo arrived early for our appointment. I showed Ricardo around as he evaluated the scope and type of work to be completed at our home. Ricardo is a very pleasant and confident young man, who answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He went straight to work, and demonstrated his skill, expertise, and attention to detail. I am a very satisfied customer, and Ricardo represented your company's values by his service. He should be formally acknowledged for his excellent work. I like his style!

I am very impressed with how well ZeroRez did in getting the pet urine smell out of the carpet, and even with their carpet pad extraction, will keep the former owners dog smell out of the home permanently! Nate did a great job on our basement carpet. We're about to put our house up on the market, and having our basement carpet cleaned properly and as gently as possible was important to us. We're sure this minor investment will help us as we go to sell our home!

informative technition and good job. only one stain of grapefruit juice not able to clean. i liked that the apartment did not smell of chemicals after cleaning as i have had in other vendors.
