The technician was SO knowledgeable of the products ! He was very personable. He was so quiet doing his work on two levels I didn't even know he was done. My house smells WONDERFUL. ALl the pet stains and smell is gone. WHy did I wait so long to call Zerorez ? I called Zerorez on the recommendation of a very picky house cleaner friend. She loves them too.

We were able to get an appointment quickly. The final carpet looked like an artist finished it off. All of the vacuum marks created a picture frame design around the outer edges of the room & then checkerboard designs in the middle. It was amazing!!! A beautiful touch to getting the carpet cleaned!!!!
