I do have a negative comment. Jeremy, the cleaner, asked for a restroom and I thoutht he must need to use it for himself and I showed him to the bathroom. After he left I found quite a lot
of water on the floor and the end of the bathroom rug wet as well. I'm assuming that he needed more water & used the shower head to get water. That I can understand but I think he should have told me about the water on the floor. I only found it sometime later and would have mopped it up right away if I had know about it.
Jeremy was considerate and respectful of my furniture. He treated the dirty spots that I told him about with good results and I was pleased with the results of the cleaning job.

I love the product you use to clean the carpets, the fact that there is little residue and the fact that the carpet is so dry when the cleaning is finished that it is completely dry in 24 hours. It is also reasonably priced.
