I used Zero Rez several years ago and was totally satisfied.
Replaced all carpeting a few years ago and decided it was time to have the air ducts cleaned and all carpeting done.
The workers all wear shoe covers. I had most rooms emptied of small type furnature( end tables, nic nacks,lamps etc. I followed the handy email instructions for pre clean,thorough vacuuming etc.
Workers are very professional.
They offer to move my sofa, which I had on sliders. My whole home looks and feels clean.

The young man that cleaned our carpets did such an excellent job! His work ethic was astounding! I have never been disappointed with you guys!

I love your policy of coming back to fix any shadows that appear after the carpeting dries. My 25 year old Berber carperting looks almost new. I will never let any other carpet cleaner touch my carpeting. Ever!

Sorry, but I truly cannot make a comment on the job performed at our home as we have moved to Detroit Lakes & have not been back to Bloomington since Mon. 7/20. We are still settling in here.

The citrus smell is so wonderful; when I called, I was very happy with how quickly I got the appointment.

The technician, Dominique, was great. He explained everything that was going to be done, and he did a great job! He had me look over all areas, and said he'd redo any area if I felt it needed to be done again.

Alex was very thorough. We have had a few other companies clean our carpets over the years. Although they are 14 years old, they are holding up well. We feel our carpets are cleanest with zerorez and have used you twice in a row now. The gentleman that cleaned our carpets in May made out stairs almost look new when we thought we would have to replace them. Amazing what a little care can do to rejuvenate carpet. It won't last forever, but we don't have to replace it just yet.
