My only feedback is that I received a customer thank you/feedback text post cleaning at 1am in the morning. It woke me up (could have been an emergency as I don’t normally get texts at this hour) and I couldn’t go back to sleep. Please contact your software vendor and edit the timing of your automation.

Zerorez redeemed itself after a disappointing start. I specifically requested to have some insight into the costs of pet urine removal prior to someone coming out and and no one contacted me. Then when the technician called prior to his visit, he told me that it's "usually worse after we're done" when pet urine is involved. I called and talked to Dominique and he was great. He sent another technician out (meanwhile I'm on hold and the Zerorez phone ad loop is talking about pet accidents and their bio products). The technician, I believe Rafael, was amazing. He worked his tail off, was extremely professional and the carpets came out amazing. I would have rated a 10 if it hadn't been for those two snaffus.
