He told me what he was going to do and why, unlike my last carpet cleaning experience where it took the tech less than 30 minutes to set everything up, "clean" the lower level carpet and steps ... and there was no fan used for anything!

Did a great job on the carpet. I was disappointed the closet in one of the bedrooms was not cleaned. This isn't a walk in closet. I would think that should be part of the cleaning service when a bedroom is done.
