This is the first time we had the bedroom carpets cleaned--some carpets were almost 25 years old! The carpets were only cleaned to get the house ready for sale, but those carpets looked just as new as when we put them in. John was prompt and thorough and there were no surprises. Plus, when I booked on-line and made my initial appointment 10 days out, I e-mailed and requested that if there were any cancellations in the next few days, to give me a call. They called 5 minutes later and worked me in the following working day. I hear about Zero-rez all the time on KDWB/Dave Ryan's show and how they promote this company can be believed! I'm quite pleased with the work Zero-rez did.
