Service was excellent. Showed up on time, was friendly, and worked quickly. The carpets and tile looked brand new. It was 110 outside the day of service so we left the windows open and turned off the A/C and went to a movie. When we came back, the carpet was completely dry and amazing. I didn't even want to walk on it! I've already recommended them to friends.

First I want to thank you for sending Sal Alvarez, he called before coming to give estimated time of arrival. Sal was courtesy and explained what the process he was using to extract the dirt from the rug. The worst was the out door rug on my patio that has been soiled from my newly acquired puppies, 2. The pee stains are gone, Thank you Sal. The 2 rugs in my house were brought back to their original color minus the dirt and stains. Believe me I will only have my rugs clean by Zerorez. I will certainly tell everyone to use Zerorez.
