Zerorez does an awesome job! I live in the desert and there is always a fine layer of sand blowing around in the air. No matter how often you dust, there is always that fine layer of dust on the window seals, floor, and on the furniture, so I know it's in my carpets, breaking down the fibers. I have them cleaned twice a year by zerorez and my carpets look brand new! There's no residue left behind, just fresh clean carpets.
They were professional and courteous. They showed much expertise about carpet and carpet cleaning. We have already recommended them to my wife's sister; we would use them again in a heartbeat!

Jorge is amazing. There was some sticky and shiny residue left on the kitchen porcelain in 4 areas.
Sal did a wonderful job cleaning and deodorizing our carpets and he also cleaned the grout in the tile of our family room, and both areas turned out beautiful! 👌🏼😊 (Love that Zerorez does not use any harsh chemicals either.)

I have used Zerorez for years. My carpets always come out great. I like that they don’t use detergent or soap of any kind – – nothing that will attract dirt and caused my carpets to show a “path” on the most walked-on areas. The technicians are always courteous, professional, and careful.

The carpets look great and smell good. It would be nice if they weren't so wet, but they dried within 24 hours. I like that you don't use harmful chemicals.
My carpet has a lot of stains and they came up almost 100%, so I am happy with the result. Also, no chemical odors!

Our carpets are still wet!
Appointment was Saturday at noon and presently it is 9pm on Sunday, 33 hours later, and still damp in areas. Family has arrived for holidays, and can't walk on stairs
This makes me very nervous our floor boards could be warped from too much water and the pad may become moldy.
Very disappointed due to the wetness of the carpet from the cleaning process. Something I've never experienced from other carpet cleaning appointments.
