uses and promotes it. no chemicals etc. so far so good. we've used your service three times

Technician was prompt, courteous and thorough. He was able to remove dark spots out of an off-white carpet. I like the fact that the Zerorez process cleans the carpets well, carpets are not soaking wet when cleaning completed and that there's no chemical smell.

Extra charge for water. Extra charge to use credit card. Could never get a hold of anyone prior to apply credit for signing up with email. Could not get a hold of anyone to let them know only have two rooms and what cost would be so ended up paying for 3 rooms, water fee, credit card fee, no discount.
Was very pleased with Rony who cleaned the carpets. He was prompt, polite and did a good job.
Not sure I would use this company again.

Our Technician Brett Spence is amazing. The service and result were great. The only concern I always have is if you listen to San Diego Radio where LA runs a $179 service , San Diego has it for $129 - $149 regularly.

Zerorez tech's are always friendly and professional. They always make my carpets look new again and my carpets are barely damp when they are finished. They are usually completely dry in a few hours.

Very friendly, helpful, and they get the dog stains out. It is a bit expensive, though.
