Technician showed up on time and took necessary precautions
to protect my newly installed wood floors. He did a great job cleaning my carpets.
Tech Marcel,careful, thorough and always a delight to have visit our home. I'd hire him in a heartbeat and Zerorez is lucky to have him. Even called Jeff on his cellphone to relay such a message after our last visit on 4-29-2022.

Excellent customer service ... dried quite fast and no wet odor
They do a great job really getting out the dirt in carpets and just recently Branden was able to clean up my stone stairs that have looked dirty for too long. Now they are 200% cleaner than before!

Rug and carpet was cleaned but after it drys you can see spots again. Also some areas the carpet was extra crispy. Not a good feeling on bare feet.

Quick, thorough, friendly
Service was quick and professionally done. Product smelled fresh when completed. The final outcome looked great - the carpets did not require to be replaced - left like new. The tile floors and grout were cleaned and looked very good. Also, we had the granite counters all cleaned and sealer added - they once again looked shiny and new. Jorge, company representative was friendly, courteous and professional. Was up front with the cost and did a great job. Would highly recommend Zerorez.

My carpets looked terrible with large stains, but after spot pre treatment and the cleaning they look really good. The serviceman Ben was very knowliedgeable about the product and was very efficient. I have already refeered your company to several friends and I will continue doing so.
