Customer service, professional and of course the results! I have already refered many people and while some think it is expensive I could not disagree more. My carpets stays clean longer so whether I pay $240 once a year or $60 four times a year, the once a year price is not more expensive.

Our home is a place to live in. We have pets and they are all over everything. Zerorez cleaned our couch and carpet (both were very stained) and both jobs were excellent! I'm painting my home now, and I intend to use them for the rest of the house.

The stains on the furniture and rug did not come out until the second time it was redone. The company was nice about rescheduling the 2nd visit after they went to the wrong area on the day they had the appt to redo the furniture and rug. Both men were very nice and tried hard to please us.
