Ben was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain how carpets get dirty and don't easily come clean noting how Zerorez has a different process. Also noted how to treat spots. He was able to take care of the rooms in a very short period of time. We were very happy with the whole process.

The end results were excellent with no smell. I have asthma and find that smell left by cleaning products cause problems for me with my asthma.

My carpets are always nice and fresh and look almost new after you have cleaned them. Also, with the stain protectant you apply, any future spills and stains come up easily for quite a long time.
