The Zerorez representative arrived in the time frame promised. He was courteous and professional. I had requested the additional "pet" carpet treatment, since we had an old dog that had had several "accidents". I thought I had cleaned those spots well with commercially available products. However, the Zerorez rep used a black light to show me the pet stains that remained; he treated the carpet, then deep cleaned the carpet. This service was more expensive than what we had in the past with a local competitor, but the job was more thorough and the result was a cleaner carpet. I'm truly satisfied with your service. We ordered carpet cleaning service online on Thursday evening for Friday afternoon because we were planning to move in town-home on Friday evening. Everything went smoothly: at 8.30 I received a message that order was accepted, service guy Devin Hamilton called me about convenient time and he came in time as it was appointed. Then Devin thoroughly inspected floor and carpet. He found some spots of urine on the carpet and he calculated the total price for the job. After the price consideration he cleaned all carpet and tile floors in our house. All was done well and he used a non-allergic spot removers that vital important for me. In addition, Devin presented me a bottle of Zerorez Spot Remover which was very kind of him. Thank you Zerorez team
