We like that you use no chemicals. However, we were sorry it took so long to dry. This was a cause of needing to be away for a long time.
The gentleman who did the job was very nice and did a good job.

We recently moved into a new home and needed to have the carpets cleaned first. Called Zerorez and they were able to work me in as we were moving in two days. The carpets had some pretty bad looking stains and amazingly your technician was able to get the majority out! Plus your technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and explained what he was doing.
