Rick Carder was professional and personable, explaining what he'd be doing and letting me know what steps he'd take for the pet stains on my carpet. The carpet is old and desperately needed cleaning! My 3 dogs give it a constant workout. Not only did Rick do a great job on the carpet--he was amazingly fast! Can't say enough about Zerorez. I will definitely recommend you to my friends!

I was just so impressed with Zerorez; from online appointment booking, to an appointment reminder, and a call from my technician when he was 20 minutes away. The only hard part was moving my furniture!

We took advantage of one of Zerorez's many promotions through out the year and had two bedrooms, the living, basement stairs and basement rec room cleaned.

The carpet in the basement is from the previous home owners who had kids and pets and we have pets of our own, so it had its fair share of stains, dirt and general grunge. I never ever thought the carpet down there would look so good after this, but it looks almost new.

Seriously, we were budgeting to completely replace this carpet in the next year, and now we don't have to. The stains are gone, even the one that our tech wasn't sure would come out.

I highly recommend Zerorez to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.
