So many things! We loved the orange scent, how quickly Robbie worked to clean our carpet, how he explained the process from start to finish and how quickly the carpet dried.

Seriously could not have asked for a better guy to come to clean my carpets. I will never have anyone else do them! He is so amazing and wonderful too. My carpets look perfect every time and he gives great advise on them as well. If you are going to use Zerorez (which you should), then ask for Brian! You can't get any better than him!
