Customer service (both online & in person) is phenomenal. Our technician Auggie was prompt, called before arriving (huge plus when you have dogs or work from home), professional & seemed to genuinely care about what service was best for our situation.

Customer service online was great because I accidentally booked two appts online & I was able to cancel via email very easily & they replied to let me know it was canceled.

After cleaning they dried fast there was no chemical smell they were very professional.
