Zach did a great job on my carpets. I was not happy with your scheduling office. I scheduled my carpets to be done on Oct 12th and when I called to see if you were still coming, I was told I was scheduled on Oct 21st. Zach did come on Oct 12th after 3:00pm which meant my carpet in the bedroom was still wet that night when we when to bed. Not ideal.( orginally scheduled for 10-1PM)
The technician arrived on time and did a great job of pre-cleaning everything. He was polite and informative, along with being very carful to protect all the walls at the corners and the carpets looked great when done.
