Zerorez is wonderful company. I have used the rug cleaning service 2 times. The whole procedure is smooth and with great results: from making my appointment, to having the guys come in and clean my rugs, and to talking to the cleaners/ the guys and learning what I can do to take better care of my rugs. When they come into my home [on time], they are respectful of me and my home, careful not to disturb anything, and do a quick and efficient job. And I am left with clean lovely looking rugs. Brandon was on time, actually he was available early. He protected my wall corners and floors. He was done in a reasonable amount of time.
