I was not impressed the last time I used Zerorez but my daughter, Lynne McMahon suggested I try you again. I thought Brandon Ridder did a good job. He informed me what he was doing a
nd made suggestions, such as my stairs, to clean them up due to dust in the air. They are not used very often.

Brandon was an excellent service technician. He is very knowledgable, personable and efficient. The rugs came out beautifully. I had never used Zerorez before but I defiinately will use it again in the future.

i didn't have to do it. Meril was the first tech to pretreat the carpet using a rotary brush. it brought up a lot of cat hair. He also was the first since Sean to spray and treat the edges which were getting darker. I go around the edges with a damp rag to pull up the dust and cat hair that accumulate prior to the cleaning. tnx

Very professional service man called ahead and showed up on time. He answered all our questions in a helpful manner, went about the cleaning of the carpets. I don't know exactly what the cleaning products are but the results are that the carpets and stairs look very good.
