It was easy to schedule an appointment with Andrew. Evan arrived a tad earlier than the time frame and provided a very reasonable quote. The cleaning of the area rugs and chaise chair were thorough and it didn't take very long for them to dry. A friend recommended Zerorez to me when I mentioned to her that I needed several rugs and furniture cleaned.She mentioned that there is no residue left after the cleaning. I am glad she did. I will be calling them again.
