Don was my technician, and I was very impressed with the service. He called me and offered an earlier service time because several people cancelled due to bad weather, and I was happy to arrange an earlier time. He wore booties to protect the carpet, he explained the process and answered all my questions, he offered me a pair of booties to wear as I was leaving. Overall it was a great experience, and he was very efficient. I would highly recommend Zerorez and looking forward to using their services again in the future.
