I searched around for a chemical free cleaning company for the carpets. I've had carpets cleaned in the past that smell after a treatment, but Zerorez did not leave a stinky carpet smell and it dried quickly. The tech was very informative on how I can take care of stains without using chemicals. (I have 3 dogs) I would highly recommend this company.

I had a white chair, 22 stairs and an area rug cleaned by ZeroRez. All 3 items were very dirty. I was amazed at the results. All items look new. Ky was the name of the specialist that did the cleaning. He was pleasant and worked hard. I highly recommend ZeroRez.

Friendly, courteous, and punctual, our technician did a great job reviving our carpet, getting out some spots we feared were permanent.

Scheduling was easy, but pricing seems a little arbitrary. I was given multiple different quotes for the same area and ended up paying the highest amount.

Our tech (I'm sorry I don't recall his name) was great to deal with. Respected out home and children as we did our best to keep them out of the way but 2 yr olds do what they do.

The rugs are always so clean, they dry quickly without any crunchy residue, and the young men who clean are always so kind and courteous.

The technician that came out to clean our carpet and tiles was very through. He told us how he was going to clean the tiled area in our bathrooms and that he would do a test job prior to performing the entire job. He explained that some of the grout may loosen up during the process because of the high pressure water but he would avoid these areas and do them by hand. He showed us a test area before proceeding on to the entire project. He made sure that we were satisfied with the job that he did and, if not, he would do it again. We really appreciated that!

very pleased with the way the carpet looks and feels

I had great service from start to finish. Though I am waiting to hear about my area rug that I sent with Patrick to be serviced at the main station. As the fibers of the rug were not conducive to be in house. Fingers crossed it goes well or that their is honesty and it is unable to be done without wrecking it.

That is my only feedback. That the technician was not skilled enough to know much more.
