As advertised, there is no residue! The carpets look clean and smell nice. Walking barefoot on them is a treat.

Technicians arrived on time, took care to limit damage by hoses to the corners of hallways/stairway, thoroughly cleaned a wax residue from the carpet, explained what to expect and delivered what they said they would. The 11 year old carpet looks great and we'll call you again for all our carpet cleaning.

The young man who cleaned my carpets was very fast and thorough, He practiced social distancing and was very respectful. I'm pleased with the way my carpets look and it did no take forever for it to dry.
