Professional, amazing Tech. We had Michael come do our whole house yesterday. His attention to detail and care in his work are so impressive. He took time to listen to us and then give us some great choices for different parts of the house. Not a sales pitch. but a knowledgeable descripton of services based on our needs. He was great with the kids, dogs. Took care in placement of equipment and spacing of furniture for us to still be able to get through the house. well impressed. Great Job! Great Guy!
They did have to come back to retreat my carpet, but they did a great job. It finally got job done;)
Our representative was great he explained the process of the cleaning! He tested a rug that we were interested in cleaning for color fading on the spot! He said it would have to go back to the shop for cleaning. He was super professional and has earned our business and we will let our friends and co-workers know about our exceptional service!
