Good job cleaning. My only concern was that Patrick walked from our motorhome back to his truck back to the motorhome back to the truck back to the motorhome back to the truck with his boots on that he stepped in stuff like spots were grease was in stuff like that. He was very courteous and did a good job. He even came back to our house two blocks away and gave me an estimate on our middle floor three rooms being done for $99. I will call and schedule that sometime in the near future.

The service was terrific with one exception - there was a coffee stain that the technician said was completely removed, but it is back. The stain is back and it looks the same as before. Please call me to let me know what I can do about it. Thank you.

The tech that came out to our home was super nice and easy to talk to when we had a bunch of questions. He asked us about different services And was very informative but we didn’t feel pressured, which is what I was worried about having someone come into our home. Our carpets are the original carpets from when the house was built about 12 years ago, but we have small kids and really don’t want the stress of new carpet right now. They look fantastic again! You can’t tell that our kids are mess monsters! :) With other carpet cleaners that have come out, the carpets are left stiff with chemical deposits, but ZeroRez leaves the carpets soft and I don’t worry about my kids and dog laying on them. We will definitely need to ZeroRez again!
