Our service technician Taylor, was outstanding. He explained the whole process before he started, gave us a good price, and gave us recommendations after his service was over. He took extra time on a few difficult areas in the house. He did not try to up Charges on anything we weren’t interested in. Looking forward to having him back to restore our carpets again. Military discount was also a nice perk and will keep us coming back to Zerorez
