Zero rez provides an estimate prior to starting service which is the amount asked for after completion of the job. The technician completed 3 rooms, a large closet , 13 steps and a hallway with standard service in an hour. He explained precautions after the service. Overall he was very friendly.

I like the fact that there is no perfume smell when you are finished. The carpet gets really clean, the service is prompt and efficient. I like the all natural cleaning method.

Well let's start off by saying I can't believe how impressed I am with Carlos. The amount of time he took & the attention to detail was beyond my expectations. He made it look so easy & was such a awesome man. We had great conversations & a healthy amount of laughs. Your lucky to have him on your team. The 20 plus year old berber carpet that he cleaned came out looking new, far beyond my expectations. During the whole process there was no harsh smells or odours in my home due to the cleaning process! He even offered to help move over a couch. I will most definitely be using this service again & passing the word along the way.
