Like the process and the product, ionized water, no soap and crunch. The techs that come are very professional and knowledgeable about what they have to do.
If there was one thing I would comment negatively on is Zerorez is a bit pricey compared to Stanley Steamer for instance. We have been customers for several years tho.
I love that there are no chemicals used on my carpet and that it looks and that it looks fresh and clean when you"re finished. The technicians are very polite and straight forward as far as the charges and there are no surprises.

We are visiting Denver and staying in an AirBNB. Unfortunately our 2 old dogs got very sick the night before we were to leave and made a mess on the carpets.At 8:00 I contacted ZeroRez and by 8:30 Lucas was standing in the living room surveying the damage. "No Problem" was his immediate response!
And, it was NO PROBLEM! Within 45 minutes or so the carpet was cleaner than when we arrived! No stains, no smells, no PROBLEM!!
And the cost was more than reasonable! We are delighted with the outcome, the owner of the condo has promised to use Lucas for anything he needs going forward and the manager of the condo complex has promised to recommend ZeroRez to residents here in the complex.
