We had an 8 year old wool area rug cleaned at the Zerorez facility. The rug is light colored & had a few quite dirty spots. It came back clean & looking almost like new. They also cleaned 2 bedrooms in our home & the carpet looks great. Very pleased.

I liked how the technician didn't try to upsell me. He gave me a couple of choices. I also like that he explained everything he was doing in great detail.

The guys who came to clean our last week carpets were professional, courteous, careful and efficient and because of them I would recommend Zerorez to friends and/or family.
