I liked the thoroughness of the team, explanation of the services, care taken to be neat and clean. It was great that they were able to get some long term stains out but the only downfall is that they weren’t able to get a wool area rug with a large stain clean.

A follow-up visit was needed to bring resolution to a pesky carpet stain problem. ZeroRes responded and Gunther the service technician demonstrated his skills to fix the problem.
