The young man who provided the service was very courteous and knowledgeable. He placed protective coverings on the hardwood floors and corners of the walls. He did a great job! He was able to remove food staining from an area on the carpet, where we tend to eat a lot of the time. The colors in the carpet, oriental rug and couches look so much brighter! We are very happy with the results! It was great not having wet carpets post cleaning, as what happens with other companies. We will definitely call Zerorez again when it’s time to have our carpets cleaned!
