Fast and easy, very thorough

Zerorez is committed to customer satisfaction. I absolutely appreciate that they returned without hesitation to redo our stairway after the first cleaning did not yield the result we were expecting. Our second tech did a great job. I will share that our first tech, although great, seemed to be in a rush. Not only did the stairs need to be redone, he left the carpet extremely wet. I didn't remember that result from past services, but I didn't question it until our tech for our redo, Ryan, made a point of doing a step after cleaning that took a lot of water out of the carpet.

I like your “flooding” tool but the price is excessive relative to the amount of time spent deploying the tool.

All of the technicians that have cleaned my carpets have been excellent. They work quickly and efficiently. I believe this company uses excellent products because the carpets come out looking very good.
