Friendly technicians, thorough work, no chemicals used

I like that I can count on my carpets not only being clean after a service, but also without residue left in the carpet. I also appreciate your patience as I continually had to postpone service as my house was being refinished after water damage - only took 3 1/2 months 'til we finally made it possible for carpets to be cleaned. On day of service, service man was very helpful and did a great job. Sorry I don't remember his name.

Our technician (Evan) was on-time, friendly, professionaly, respectful, knowledgeable and provided EXCEPTIONAL value and service, as well as offering a ton of information and suggestions to properly maintain our carpets in between professional cleanings!

We like that Zerorez use all natural solutions and empowered water to clean carpets, leaving behind no residue typically found with chemical-based products that can accumulate dirt or create other stains. We also like that the carpets aren't soaking wet when finished, and typical dry times are much shorter than those for other carpet cleaning busiensses we've used in the past.

This was nothing short of a completely positive experience, and know that with Zerorez it was money and time well spent.

My carpets always turn out so much cleaner! I like seeing the visible color change as the old dirt gets extracted out. Also I love how it's pet friendly and I don't have to worry about any harsh chemicals affecting me or my pet.
