I like the fact that you don't use harsh chemicals or detergents in order to make the carpet clean. I wish I was there in person while it was being done but from what I heard, the gentleman was very professional and courtious. The caepet stays clean longer because there is no soap residue on it that collects dirt. Also Zeroeez gets stains out that no one else can.

I like the fact that your process does not use noxious chemicals and that what is cleaned stays that way. I also appreciate that you provide carpet stretching as one of your services, as this allowed me to accomplish all of what I needed in one shot. The "green" feature and no soap in the carpet. Carpet was as good as it could get considering the age and quality. Spots gone and no crunchy afterward. Not too wet.

I had my carpet cleaned and they put a coating on the carpet to repel stains. The tech called me before he came over, and he was extremely friendly. The process took about 30 minutes, and my carpet looks great!
