Rolando was organized and Prof. to deal with. He said the carpet would surface dry in 4 hrs. and totaly dry in 24 hrs and he was right.the rug is clean and looks great. Thank you for asking.

Jack Daniels & Tim did an excellent job cleaning our carpets, and they were very courteous and were very careful not to bump the corner walls.

I like how friendly Bert was while he was here. He was very detailed and seemed to be very concerned with making sure I was satisfied with what he was cleaning. I love that you are Green and that by not having any soap residue my carpet will stay cleaner, longer. When our carpet was dry, it was fluffy and looked amazing!
