The techs are always polite, respectful of our home & wear shoe covers every time. They are very thorough in the cleaning process. We had couches cleaned and Cecil actually took the couches apart and cleaned every inch. It was impressive! Everything feels so cleans when they are done. Once I used Zerorez for the first time, they are now who I call every time I need carpets or couches cleaned!

The 2 gentlemen were very nice, it took them about 1.5 hours to do three areas. They put on protective shoe coverings every time they came in and out of the house. The carpets look GREAT. It took about 3-4 hours to dry. This is the second time I've used Zerorez and I definitely
will use them again.

Everytime Zerorez comes to my house, I am happy. My rug is clean and the people who provide service by cleaning my rug(s) are polite, professional and very nice. Sam came to work on the carpet recently and did a pretty darn good job on my worn and dirty rugs. I tell all my friends and neighbors to use Zerorez.
