We had a lot of issues with pet urine and tea stains on pretty old carpets. They came out looking and smelling wonderful. Boyce was very courteous and informative before, during and after the cleaning process. Definitely will use Zerorez again. The carpets were very dirty and your technicians were able to get them very clean. They got out stains that we did not expect them to. They were also willing to mend carpet seams, stretch the carpet and clean additional upholstery during their visit. They were extremely friendly and polite. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I think that you do a very good job. The associate was very professional.

The service tech was very knowledgeable and gave many helpful points on the ongoing care of carpeting including how to deal with spots by using vinegar instead of products sold for this purpose. The carpeting dried more quickly than other cleaning methods and does not have a harsh feeling.
