the method of cleaning was much better than the other major carpet services I've tried in the past. my carper is over 15 years old with heavy traffic from the garage, in some areas it was almost black, so bad we refused to invite other over. called at the last minute on Sat. and an hour later a rep. from Zerorez shows up, after the pre-treat, he uses a machine that really got down to, and brought to surface the ground in dirt. in short, the carpet is clean and it look like a "different" home as I stand at the top of the freshly cleaned stairs. I like that my carpet looks better than when it was new. They are only 9 months d snd look better now.
Obviously, the process itself -- no residue left behind. I had several pet stains and a soda stain that left quite a bit of syrup behind -- all of these were completely removed even though some stains were months old.
Tech was on time and efficient; explained the services and did a nice job cleaning.
