The tech did a great job cleaning our carpets. He also explained the cleaning process and gave us information on drying time, when to put the furniture back in place and the importance of vacuuming the carpet after the cleaning to remove particles brought to the surface of the carpet during the cleaning process.

They did a great job! The tech was very professional. My only complaint was that the time window was not followed and so it completely interrupted our very busy moving schedule. He was an hour later than the latest time in the window.
