I like the whole idea of no residual residue and your tech was very professional.

Our technician, Bert, was early, friendly, informative and enthusiastic re the Zerorez process. He was on time, professional, friendly and comfortable to have in my home. Also, at time to settle bill, it was actually about $100 less than anticipated. There were a couple of tougher stains and two different types of carpets. The better carpet cleaned almost like new while the lesser carpet cleaned quite well, better than hoped. Thank you for great quality service.

Kelly was very courteous, considerate, and hard working. She called 45 minutes before arriving, which was great, especially because she arrived a little earlier than the window, so I was prepared.
I liked how thoroughly the equipment removed water so the carpet wasn't so wet when she left. My carpet is not new, and I had recently lost my older dog, who had left behind some biological memories. I was pleased at how well Kelly was able to get these stains out.

Starting with timeliness, excellent cleaning, fresh smell and our excellent serviceman Josh. Josh made a special effort with our problem areas with great results. The machine that rolled up tons of cat fur was amazing - who knew we weren't getting that with regular vacuuming? This was our second opportunity to use Zerorez and there will be a third!!!

We thought we were going to have to get new carpet on our stairs, but he did such an amazing job that we can now keep the same carpet. His cleaning saved us about $1600 by not having to replace.

What's not to like? It makes your carpet look 1000 times better without actually replacing the carpet. We just bought a house and had planned on cleaning the carpet ourselves before we moved in. The previous owners had pets, and I quickly realized that it was too big a job for my little home machine. The technician found several areas of pet urine we didn't know about and took care of them. If carpet could sparkle, it would.
