Carpets came out VERY clean, despite having been "lived on" by four cats and 3 dogs... and 2 humans. The condition of the carpets before cleaning were very good, but now they look almost brand new.

We originally requested Zerorez...and our renters used some "Coupon" deal....we had to call Zerorez to get the carpets re-cleaned.....and Zerorez, not only came thru , but fixed the mess we had..
Choose Zerorez and be satisfied rather than disappointed with "Coupon" cleaners !

Ryan Maine should be commended. He is VERY knowledgeable, bright, articulate and thoroughly explained in layman's terms what he was recommending and why.
He was able to remove pet stains that were so bad, he initially thought I would have to recarpet that particular room.

I love that my house didn't smell like scary chemicals after my carpet was cleaned. I didn't think twice about putting my daughter down for a nap afterward- something that has made me nervous in the past. The carpet looked 100 times better! Also, while Devon was here, our basement started to flood, and he was able to suck the water out of the window well. I really appreciated that he went the extra mile for us!
