I LIKE THE NO CHEMICAL METHOD THAT IS USED IN YOUR CLEANING.THE SERVICE MAN WAS ON TIME, AND DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THE SERVICEMAN,ALSO POINTED OUT PROBLEM AREAS WITH MY CARPET,AND PRODUCTS AVAILABLE TO CORRECT THESE AREAS.

The carpet felt great after cleaning and looked perfect. No soapy feeling, just fresh, clean carpet. Joe was great, very nice and professional.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Tech was very pushy and rude. Tyree was supposed to have been the tech as he had done work for us before. The tech also passed over some dirt stains saying they were dog stains when they were obviously not. Short of a refund we will not use or recommend your company again.

What could we do to improve?

Zerorez declined greatly in quality since the last time they came to my house (about 9 months ago.) This time, the technicians were due at my house at 2:00 p.m. but didn't actually show up until nearly 7:00 p.m. They then did a half-asssed, hurried job and left at 7:30 p.m. leaving my carpet reeking of dog urine. The previous time I used Zerorez, the carpet looked and smelled WONDERFUL. So I will caution people that you never know what kind of service you will get from Zerorez. They also used a mechanical buffer on my marble which defaced it, erroneously thinking it was "tile."
