Everyone was professional and explained everything that they were doing. I would highly recommend Zerorez.
1. It is more than 30 hours since the tech left (Sat @ 12:30p), and my carpets are still damp. I still cannot put my furniture back. (It is 6:51 pm Sun). The tech said 4-6 hrs.
2. The cleaning did not remove walkway discolorations.
3. The tech seemed to be pulling the wand very fast over the carpet in cleaner areas, and the wand 'squealed' when he powered it on and pulled it (bad roller or bearing). He even stopped once to check it.
4. My responsibility in this is that I have not had my carpets cleaned in three years because I became thoroughly disgusted with Dalworth and Steamatic, because for weeks the residue kept sticking to my soles and obviously attracted dirt. I started hearing about Zerorez and I love your conept (being an FAA certified Aircraft Mechanic (airframe and powerplant). I still believe you have the right approach, if the service and your equipment are up to par. Maybe this is all because of the wand. The pretreat (chemicals!!?) and the BrushPro are great operations. Perhaps the empowered water head (wand) was used incorrectly or was defective (squeal).

The tech did an excellent job cleaning the carpets. But I didn't get my 20% discount that the email said I'd get for the service. Not sure why.

The only reason why I would recommend Zerorez is because of Miguel. What an outstanding technician. He service was great. But, Zerorez dropped the ball when I waited for someone to call me to tell me they were going to be 3 hours late for my original appointment. I had to cancel my plans because you dropped the ball.

I had a coupon for $29 per room. However, when I called they told me I was told that there was a 4 room limit and I only had 3 rooms. There was absolutely NOTHING on that coupon that stated that. So I felt this was just a gimmick for Zerorez to get the customer to call. I told the rep on the phone that I felt this was unfair and she did not budge at all.
I was upset so I called back and got Vincent on the line this time and after a bit of discussion he gave me $33 per room, which was not the original but at least he tried to satisfy me somewhat. I hear so many ads for Zerorez that this particular situation made me wish I hadn't called for an appt. I received a Sat. morning appt. which was ok and I was told it would be in the a.m.. When your company called to confirm they told me this would be in the afternoon on Sat 1pm to 3 pm. I would have never made an appt on a Sat. afternoon. So I called on Sat to see if I could change this and oddly enough I got Vincent again. He told me there was a cancellation and he could fit me into that morning slot. Vincent is a keeper.
