I like the fact that no harsh chemicals or soap is used to clean our carpet. Our Berber carpet has only been cleaned by Zerorez and it's ten years old and still looks great.

Your method of cleaning leaves my capreting looking like new without the carpet being so wet. It does not take as long to dry. It leaves no chemical order and smells very clean. I have been using Zerorez - San Jose for seven or eight years and have never been dissatisfied with the way my capreting looked after it was cleaned.

Excellent Results, Again!

Just had the carpets cleaned yesterday and Alex and his team did a great job, again! They were able to remove all the soiled areas in the high traffic spots, clean the stair treads and did it all with a smile! We have very light colored carpet that is about 6 years old so you can see the difference where the living room oriental rug covered the carpet. But once they were done, the difference is minimal - realize this means their cleaning almost made the 6 year old carpet look like one that have been covered!

I would highly recommend this firm. From the call to schedule, the pricing, the on-time arrival, the professional service and the results, this is a class act business and field crew. If you call, ask for Alex and you will not be disappointed. (Ask about his 3 kids as well to get him talking :)
