The service person was very nice and respectful. He did a nice job of explaining how zerorez is different from the other companies and the fact that no soap residue is left in the carpet is a definite plus.
The carpets are cleaned perfectly and look like new after cleaning. There is no residual soap scum, which was the case when we had them cleaned in the past by a very reputable company. The Zerorez employees that do the cleaning are courteous, pleasant, and friendly. They ask questions and make sure what they are doing is OK with the customer. They take extreme care not to damage anything in the house with their equipment. The finished product is excellent!
