I called Zerorez to express my concern with how my rug cleaning turned out and they jumped on it. Clarissa the manager reached out, got my feedback and wanted to make things right. She scheduled a pick up of the rug and redo of the cleaning as well as ensured it was going to be delivered. The drivers who picked it up were very friendly and so were those who dropped it off. I appreciate the professionalism from all involved and the company standards to make sure their services were performed correctly.
