Friendly efficient good job
You all are punctual. The technician that came to my house was polite and professional. He went over and beyond. The only complaint that I have is that I set up my appointment for 3 pm to 6 pm. I was called at 1:30 by the technician saying he was ready to come out. I informed him that I was still at work and will not be home. Not 15 minutes later, I was called by another technician saying he was ready to come to my house. I ended up calling your office and talked to a lady. I explained that I was called two times within a 15 minute period. I don't understand why I am being called when I set up the appointment for 3 pm to 6 pm. In addition, I had told the person that I would be home by 3:30. The lady said that she would take care of it. And, she did. The technician came at 3:15 pm and asked me if this was okay now?
