I’m a repeat customer year after year. Excellent pretreatment before cleaning that lifts stains away. Professional staff that explains every step.

It was such a good job that the young man did... and was on time!!!

Darryl was professional and efficient. I liked that he actually asked what cleaning products we used for our pet, if he has an accident. He reviewed the chemicals used to make sure there is no color issue thaf can be caused with chemicals with our
carpets. He used his tool to check for any hidden pet issues.

We got the 3 room carpet cleaning special. Andre, our service professional done an excellent job. He arrived on time, followed all procedures (i.e. wearing shoe covers) and went to work without hesitation. More importantly, he did not try to sell me something I didn’t need 🙂. It is refreshing to see a company that has employees that want to do a great job with a spirit of excellence. Thanks Andre for such a professional experience and the education provided to care for our carpet.

Never used you guys before but will be back! Fred was a great technician, knowledgeable and extremely personable!

Technician was knowledgeable and friendly and did an amazing job on the carpets! He helped explain what to use on carpets when we aren’t having them professionally cleaned so they last, which was so helpful.
The carpets looked better than when we moved into our rental and we will be using Zerorez in the future for the carpet care in our new home.
