Deb was wonderful she made us feel comfortable after us not allowing anyone to come to our home to clean the carpets over this past year and a half due to Covid. She is very professional she helped us to understand how she would clean the carpets and after cleaning how to allow time for them to dry before walking on them. She also took area rugs to be cleaned she took pictures of them having to unroll one of them to do this. We will certainly ask for her again and recommend her to friends in our neighborhood and others. Again, Deb is very Professional and takes pride in her job. This is the second time I've used zerorez. This time, was more for carpet cleaning/preservation. Last time was much more comprehensive to help control allergens. Tyler called to come early, which was OK. More time for the carpet to dry. He was very courteous and professional, cleaned a high traffic hallway and small spots in it very well. Tyler's conduct and work result were exemplary. I will continue using zerorez for all my carpet cleaning requirements.
