I was called ahead of my scheduled cleaning to see if the technician could come early. I loved the communication. Cole called me and gave me a timeline of when he would be there and he arrived at that time. He walked through my house and voiced his concernes about the condition of my carpet, but promised that he would do all he could to get it as clean as possible. He did an excellant job. He waled me back through the house when he was finished. I was very pleased with my process from beginning to the end.
